FAQ
Pricing questions
Do I need the app subscription to use the labels?
Yes. The eslana app requires a subscription to manage your labels.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. There is a 14-day trial and no card is required. You can cancel from the dashboard.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
Prices are shown before VAT. Any VAT that applies is calculated at checkout from your company and delivery details.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. If you are fitting several stores or a large number of labels, request a quote and we will send you volume pricing.
What does delivery cost?
We deliver to businesses in Cyprus, Poland, Romania and the United Kingdom. Delivery options and their costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over €50.00 ship free. UK orders ship on DAP terms, so UK import VAT and duty are paid by you on delivery.
